Exchanges & Return

At Slimoria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is carefully quality-checked and made in accordance with high production standards. We encourage you to review each product page carefully before purchasing and choose the right size, color, and style.

  • Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return :

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. If the item is defective or damaged, please provide a clear explanation and, if possible, photo evidence.

  • Refunds

You can apply for a refund within 30 days of the date you received the package. To be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be met :

  1. If there are quality issues (loose seams, undone hem, broken elastic, etc.), we will issue a full refund no return required.
  2. If you wish to return your item for personal reasons (for example, sizing or preference), you have two options :
  • Receive a full refund if you cover the return shipping cost.
  • Receive a partial refund (20–50%) and keep the item.
  • Please note : Items purchased during clearance or promotional discounts are still eligible for a refund if they are defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If your payment information has changed, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Compensation time-frame :

Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items and must be made within 60 minutes of placing the order. Refunds to a PayPal account or credit/debit card are processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, which we will replace free of charge. If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, please contact us at support@slimoria.com within 60 minutes of placing your order and place a new one to ensure prompt delivery. If you’d like to request an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your order for personal reasons, please contact us at support@slimoria.com and our team will provide the best possible solution for you.

  • Return Shipping

To return your product, please email support@slimoria.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange, and include any relevant photos or details. Our team will provide you with the address of the nearest return facility and guide you through the return or exchange process. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

 

  • Additional Note:

For any product valued over $10, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. We encourage all customers to carefully read our Returns & Refund Policy and make sure their items are eligible before initiating a return. In the event of any misunderstanding, the Terms & Conditions of our Returns & Refund Policy will prevail.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@slimoria.com with proof that you did not sign for the package, including the tracking number, postal service details or symbols, and any relevant correspondence from the carrier. Our team will investigate and help determine where the item was delivered.
