Processing Procedure

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next business day.
We use fully tracked courier services to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

 

  • For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

We will ship a pre-ordered or back-ordered item as fast as we can when the supply is replenished.

 

  • Shipping Tracking

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking information.
Your tracking number will be active shortly after your package is shipped no delays.
Still haven’t received your tracking info?
Check your spam folder it can get stuck in there sometimes.
Already have a Slimoria account? You can also find your tracking number in your order history.
Still not seeing it? Don’t worry just contact our customer team and they’ll look into it for you.

 

  • Changing Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
If you notice an error, there is a short period after purchase during which we may still be able to update it.
To request a change, contact us immediately at support@slimoria.ca with your order number and the correct address.

  • Shipping Notice

While most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur with the carrier.
Slimoria is not responsible for incorrect addresses, or for packages marked as “delivered” that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Duties & Taxes

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location. These fees are not included at checkout.

If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned or destroyed, any related costs will be deducted from your refund.
